Architect Part 2 or 3

We have an exciting and rare new opportunity for a talented and motivated Part 2 or Part 3 Architect to join our client, an award-winning consultancy firm in West Yorkshire. 

This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from initial concept through to completion, in a collaborative and supportive environment. And due to the firm's continued growth and future plans, there are opportunities for real career growth. 

Working hours:

• 8.30 am – 5.30 pm
• Monday to Friday

The successful Architect Part 2 or 3 will be offered:

Architect Part 2 or 3 requirements:

• Part 2 or 3 qualified Architect with a Master's degree or Diploma in Architecture??????.
• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and planning policies.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• A passion for delivering high-quality architectural solutions
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• UK driving license and access to your own car
• Live within a commutable distance of Wakefield

Main duties for this Architect Part 2 or 3 position will include, but will not be limited to:

• Assist in the preparation of architectural designs, plans, and drawings.
• Develop project concepts, specifications, and visualisations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project objectives are met.
• Ensure compliance with UK Building Regulations and planning policies.
• Contribute to all RIBA Plan of Work stages, from inception to completion.
• Participate in client meetings and site visits
