Architectural Design Draughtsperson

Listing of Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

· Produce high quality detailed arrangement drawings for client approval

· Liaise with 3rd parties, Architect, MC, Façade consultants as part of the façade design development process

· Experience with 2D AutoCAD (currently 2020)

· Experience with Navisworks Manage (2020) (beneficial but not essential)

· Experience with Schuco or similar façade systems would be beneficial

· Attend meetings (Design/Progress) both on-site and via Teams/Zoom etc

· Attend in-house meetings (Handover/Progress/Contract review).

· Liaise with the internal production/procurement and external site-based teams

· Co-ordinate all aspects of the design with all relevant team members.

· Raise all necessary items in line with the project (RFI’s, Variations etc).

· Co-ordinate and convey all structural information supplied by our Structural Engineer.

· Monitor, prepare and issue progress reports against contract programme.

· Project-specific admin duties, dealing with technical documentation (tech subs, etc)

· Ability to work effectively as part of a Project team of draughtspersons on various multi-million-pound projects
