Are you an experienced Architectural Technician with a passion for heritage and design?

A well-established consultancy in Cornwall is seeking a talented individual to join their growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to get involved in a broad range of projects, from heritage restorations to modern commercial and bespoke residential schemes. You’ll work across all RIBA stages in a flexible, collaborative environment where development and progression are genuinely supported.

Responsibilities:

Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications
Develop and refine construction packages for planning and tender
Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and standards
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers
Support project delivery through to construction on site
Assist with surveys and existing building assessments
Maintain accurate and timely documentation throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

Proven UK experience in practice, ideally across heritage, residential, and commercial projects
A solid understanding of UK building regulations and detailing
Proficiency in Revit preferred, will consider AutoCAD users
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
