An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Junior or Graduate Architectural Technician/Technologist to join a well-established housebuilder, working on a diverse range of residential and commercial construction projects across Lincolnshire. In this role you will have the flexibility to work between their office in Skegness or Woodhall. Key responsibilities include preparing planning drawings for commercial and residential projects, developing building regulation drawings, conducting site visits, liaising with building control, among others. You will work closely with an experienced Architectural Technician who will support with development and training. This role will suit someone who has recently completed and Architectural Technologist Degree or someone who has experience of working in a similar role.

To be considered for this role, you must have a degree in Architectural Technology or design experience using AutoCAD. This is an office-based role with site travel.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate or Junior Architectural Technician/Technologist to join an established housebuilder in a role offering variation in projects, flexibility and development.

The Role:

• Prepare planning drawings
• Develop building regulation drawings
• Conduct site visits
• Liaise with building control

The Person:

• Knowledge of AutoCAD
• Design experience in similar role or Architectural Technician degree
• Great communicator
