They are on the lookout for a talented and ambitious Architectural Technicians to work on a range of high-profile projects for their offices based in Ashford

Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:

• Produce tender and working drawing packages using AutoCAD
• Produce and submit building regulation and planning applications
• Take the lead on commercial projects, managing them from inception through to completion
• Undertake site visits and ensure compliance and high quality is achieved
• Work alongside clients, contractors and other multidisciplinary authorities

Requirements for the role of Architectural Technician:

• Relevant degree within Architecture
• Good post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
• Proficient with AutoCAD
• Background in working on projects within the commercial sector
• Good working knowledge of UK building regulations
• Job running experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK Driver's license
