This is a fantastic opportunity to join a multidisciplined practice who offer master planning and urban design services to the residential sector. They are on the lookout for a driven and enthusiastic Architectural Technician to work on high residential projects within their Newcastle studios.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technician:

• Manage and deliver residential projects from inception through to completions
• Produce technical packages from conception through to completion
• Prepare and submit building regulations and planning applications
• Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure compliance is achieved
• Liaise with clients, contractors and other multidisciplined members of the teams

Requirements for the role of Architectural Technician:

• Relevant degree within Architecture
• Strong post qualification experience as an Architectectural Technician within a UK practice
• Proficiency with AutoCAD
• Experience managing complex projects within the residential sectors
• Job running experience
• Strong technical and drawing skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work well independently and within a team
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
