Duties for the role of Architectural Technician:

• Prepare building regulation and planning applications for estate developments
• Prepare House type and Estate layout designs
• Monitor and progress planning applications
• Manage and liaise with various external professional consultants
• Carry out site visits and survey to ensure compliance is achieved

Skills, experience, and responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technician:

• Relevant degree within Architecture
• Strong post qualification experience as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice
• Proficiency with AutoCAD
• Have housing experience
• Strong UK building regulation knowledge
• Job running experience
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Live within a commutable distance to the Blackburn area
