This is a fantastic opportunity to join an AJ100 architectural practice who work on high profile projects across the UK. They are on the lookout for a job running Architectural Technician to hit the ground running for their Manchester studio.

Duties for the role of Architectural Technician include:

• Manage and deliver projects from inception through to completion
• Prepare and submit building regulations and planning applications
• Undertake site visits and site surveys to ensure projects comply with current standards and regulations
• Liaise with clients, contractors and other multi-disciplinary team members
• Attend client meetings and ensure projects meet strict deadlines

Skills and experience for the role of Architectural Technician:

• BSc within Architectural Technology
• Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD
• Good post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
• Job running experience is essential
• Strong UK building regulation knowledge
• Strong technical and design skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Full UK drivers license
