A respected architectural practice based in Ely is seeking a skilled Architectural Technician to join its friendly, close-knit team. The studio is known for delivering high-quality work across the residential, leisure, commercial, and workplace sectors. The Role:

• Support and lead project delivery across all RIBA work stages
• Produce and coordinate comprehensive technical drawing packages
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure smooth project delivery
• Ensure compliance with technical standards, deadlines, and budgets
• Contribute to sustainable design solutions and detailed construction work
• Prepare construction documentation, specifications, and schedules

Requirements:

• HNC/HND or degree in Architectural Technology
• CIAT membership is desirable
• Proven experience working on UK-based projects
• Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction standards
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Revit; experience with ArchiCAD is beneficial
• Must be based within commuting distance of Ely
