I am working with a forward-thinking near Watford that is currently seeking an Architectural Technician to join their collaborative and design-driven team. With a strong reputation for delivering technically complex, sustainable projects, the studio works with a wide range of repeat clients and consistently exceeds expectations.

The role:

• Producing accurate, high-quality technical and construction drawings across all RIBA stages
• Collaborating with project leads, consultants and contractors to deliver coordinated design solutions
• Assisting with planning submissions and building regulations compliance
• Supporting project delivery from concept through to completion
• Contributing to the smooth running of projects and actively participating in studio development

Requirements:

• Relevant qualification in architectural technology or equivalent
• Proven UK practice experience working on complex or large-scale projects
• Strong technical knowledge and experience of UK building regulations
• High proficiency in Revit (essential) and familiarity with BIM workflows
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach and team-focused attitude
• A full, clean UK driving licence
