A respected and long-standing architectural practice based in Lichfield is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Technician to join its collaborative team. Known for delivering intelligent and practical design solutions, the studio works across a broad range of sectors, including commercial, healthcare, and education. This is a fantastic opportunity to be involved in projects from concept through to technical delivery and completion, within a supportive and forward-thinking practice.

• HND/HNC or degree in Architectural Technology

• UK-based experience post-qualification

• Strong portfolio of work in the healthcare sector

• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD

• Solid knowledge of UK construction techniques and technical standards

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Ability to work both independently and within multidisciplinary teams

• Produce accurate and high-quality technical drawings and specifications for planning and construction

• Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to support smooth project delivery

• Assist project architects and senior team members across all RIBA work stages

• Ensure all documentation meets current Building Regulations and planning requirements
