The role:

• Contribute to the delivery of high-quality technical drawing packages

• Work primarily on residential schemes, from planning through to completion

• Apply strong knowledge of UK building regulations and construction detailing

• Collaborate closely with internal teams, consultants, and contractors

• Ensure efficient project delivery using Revit (essential)

About you:

• Degree or HND/HNC in Architectural Technology

• Substantial post-qualification experience, ideally in residential projects

• Strong understanding of UK building regulations and construction methods

• Proficient in Revit

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive in approach

• Full UK driving licence

• Based within a commutable distance of Sutton
