Salary: £32-38,000

I'm looking for an Architectural Technician with experience working on residential projects to join a supportive team in St Albans. This is an exciting opportunity for talented technical candidates who want to contribute across all RIBA stages to join a multidisciplinary practice.

What we're looking for:

• HND/HNC or degree in Architectural Technology
• UK-based experience post-qualification
• Strong portfolio of work in the healthcare sector
• Proficient in Revit and AutoCAD
• Solid knowledge of UK construction techniques and technical standards
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to work both independently and within multidisciplinary teams
• A detail-driven mindset and collaborative approach
• UK experience working on residential or mixed-use schemes preferred
