Architectural Technician – St Albans | £35,000-£40,000

What you’ll be doing as an Architectural Technician

Owning working drawings in AutoCAD for live residential sites.
Steering projects from planning sign-off through building control.
Embedding onsite in St Albans for the first 6–9 months to learn the ropes, then moving to a more flexible setup.

Your experience as an Architectural Technician

You’ll be interested in developer-led housing and AutoCAD skills.
Solid grasp of UK regs and the confidence to run with your own schemes or work towards that point.
Whether you’re junior and hungry or senior and ready to lead, there’s a spot for you.

The package

Salary around £35K-£40K for someone with some relevant experience.
Performance bonuses, 23 days’ holiday + bank hols, pension after probation.
