Our client is a long-established and expanding architectural firm with three UK offices, specialising in high-quality residential, mixed-use developments, and urban regeneration schemes. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of technical project delivery, interpret client briefs, and produce detailed working drawings while ensuring full compliance with current planning and building regulations.

The role would suit a Architectural Technician looking for a varied role within a forward thinking practice where you can develop your skills through paid development and training.

The Role:

• Translate architectural concepts into precise technical drawings and specifications for construction.
• Ensure all designs meet planning requirements, regulatory standards, and technical specifications.
• Produce detailed construction documentation, including drawings, schedules, and specifications.
• Oversee technical elements of projects from start to finish, ensuring budgets and deadlines are met.

The Person:

• Architectural Technician or Similar
• Strong understanding of M4 (CAT 2 & 3), NDSS, and planning regulations.
