SKILLS/EXPERIENCE: Previous experience working as an Architectural Technician , preferably working on housing / sheltered housing/ apartments/social housing HNC / HND in an appropriate Architectural / Construction / Building discipline. Good architectural experience with clear evidence of achievements. Experience and ability to work across all RIBA Plan of Work stages Design skills and technical understanding including standards, codes of practice, regulations and industry best practice In depth knowledge of current CDM Regulations, Building Regulations and Planning practices Contract procedures Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to demonstrate design skills and analytical judgement and creativity to deal with complex and varied situations Able to design using Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD with clear demonstrable evidence.
