• Exercise your passion for retrofitting and refurbishments, and get paid well for it! A decent salary of up to £42,000 for the right person, and the possibility of having a car allowance on top of that.

What you'll need to succeed

• You must be an experienced job running Architectural Technologist, with refurbishment experience and technical ability on Revit. You'll need to know the UK building regs well, and be able to understand what is being drawn (a big ask!)
