My client is seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to join their well-established team in West Sussex. This AJ100 practice operates across a diverse range of sectors, consistently delivering innovative and sustainable designs that meet and exceed client expectations. With a strong reputation for excellence, they provide a full range of services from project inception to completion and have received multiple industry awards.

The ideal Architectural Technologist will have substantial post-qualification experience and be CIAT accredited or working towards accreditation. A strong technical skill set and in-depth knowledge of UK building regulations are essential. Revit proficiency is a must.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Architectural Technologist:

• A degree or HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
• Extensive experience within a UK-based practice
• CIAT accreditation (or actively working towards it)
• Advanced technical detailing skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience in residential projects is advantageous
• Confident working independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in Revit is essential
• AutoCAD proficiency is a plus
