Architectural Technologist

Konker is recruiting two Architectural Technologists to join an AJ 100 practice based in Worthing.

At present, this practice is winning substantial work and they are looking to strengthen their team of 50 in the Worthing office. Overall, they employ 80+ employees across three offices.

As a successful Architectural Technologist, you will be working on medium & large-scale residential projects, initially from stage 4 onwards.

You can expect a culture that promotes progression and collaboration, with regular team-building events and continued professional development for the squad. Every two years, they go on a summer social/tour to a European city.

There are excellent opportunities for career progression and to become a key member of an established but developing Worthing office.

The Worthing office is located in the heart of the town, with nearby train stations within walking distance.

To Be Considered:- Architectural Technologist

• Experience working as an Architectural Technologist in the UK
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations and construction methods.
• AutoCAD skills and strong experience with Revit.
• Previous experience working on stages 4-5
• Good design awareness and an enthusiastic, committed attitude to work.
• A proven track record in delivering projects to a high technical standard.
• Ideally, ACIAT accredited and wanting to progress.

Salary in the region of £28,000-£3800 per annum. It’s a big bracket but varying experience levels will be considered.
