Architectural Technologist – Sports & Leisure

£25K–£35K | Hybrid & Flexible Working

Konker is working with a leading RIBA practice to find an Architectural Technologist to join their Sports & Leisure team, ideally based in their Gloucester studio — although London or Newport could work for the right person.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a practice delivering standout sports facilities, leisure centres, and community hubs across the UK.

You’ll be getting involved in exciting, fast-moving projects — helping to deliver technical information at RIBA Stages 4–6. This includes producing detailed drawing packages, supporting on-site construction work, and contributing to project coordination with both internal and external teams.

To Be Considered:- Architectural Technologist

• Worked as an Architectural Technologist in a UK architectural practice
• Ideally MCIAT qualified or actively working towards chartered status
• Solid understanding of UK Building Regs, CDM responsibilities, and technical delivery
• Confident in producing detailed working drawings and writing specs
• Comfortable delivering projects through RIBA Stages 4, 5 & 6
• Skilled in Revit or similar BIM software
• Clear communicator with a proactive, team-first mindset
• Able to manage your own workload while contributing to the wider team
