Architectural Technologist

Our client, a multi-award-winning Architectural Consultancy, is seeking a talented Architectural Technologist to join their Nottingham team. This is an exciting opportunity for a technically skilled and creative individual to contribute to innovative projects across a variety of sectors, including Residential, Commercial, Industrial, and Education.

As part of a dynamic and collaborative team, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality technical solutions. Your responsibilities will include preparing detailed working drawings, coordinating technical information, and contributing to planning applications. This role offers exposure to a wide range of small- to large-scale developments, ensuring variety and professional growth.

• Assist in the preparation of detailed working drawing packages
• Coordinate technical information across various projects
• Prepare and contribute to planning drawings for applications
• Work closely with the Design and Technical teams to develop project solutions
• Attend site visits and liaise with external consultants as required
• Use Revit as a core design tool daily

• Based in or around Nottingham
• Relevant Degree Qualified
• Proficient in Revit with a strong understanding of technical detailing
• Highly motivated with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving abilities
• Full UK driving license required
• Job Running experience
• Excellent client facing experience

• Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 (DOE)
• Holiday: 21 days + bank holidays + Christmas break
