Architectural Technologist

We are seeking an ambitious Architectural Technologist to join a leading design-led practice in Leeds City Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to work within an award-winning, AJ Top 100 team on high-profile projects. With a strong focus on design excellence, this role offers the chance to be part of a collaborative environment where creativity and technical expertise come together to deliver outstanding architectural solutions. Our client work within a wide range of sectors, with a particular focus at the moment on Commercial, Mixed-Use, Education and Industrial projects varying from £5m to £100m+ in value.

• Competitive salary: £32,000 - £40,000 DOE

• Work on the design and delivery of complex projects across Education, Industrial, Commercial and Mixed - Use sectors
• Opportunity to work across all RIBA Stages & run projects where / if appropriate
• Produce and review technical packages
• Research and develop new ideas and solutions
• Assist with Client liaison where appropriate
• Attend design team meetings
• Develop innovative and sustainable design solutions
• Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and industry best practice

• Successfully deliver projects to a high standard and quality

• Understanding of Planning Process and Building Regulations
• 2+ years relevant UK experience
• Progressive person willing to achieve MCIAT status in the future with support
• Knowledge of NBS advantageous
• Excellent knowledge of Revit
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Passionate about sustainability and innovation in architecture
• Live within a commutable distance of Leeds City Centre
