Job Title: Senior Architectural Technician

Location: Durham

Salary: £37,000 - £42,000

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the North East's leading Architectural practices who provide their expertise to multidisciplinary projects across the UK. They are in a need of an enthusiastic and talented Senior Architectural Technician to hit the ground running for their Durham studio.

Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technician include:

• Provide architectural design and project management services to a range of multi sector projects
• Lead and deliver on a range of projects from inception to completion
• Prepare and submit building regulation and planning applications

• Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
• Ensure high quality delivery of producing drawings
• Attend site appraisals, surveys, client meetings and site inspections
• Undertake principal designer duties such as liaising with clients
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of work

Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:

• Relevant degree within Architecture
• Strong post qualification experience as a Technician within a UK practice
• Proficiency with Revit is essential
• Experience working on projects across numerous sectors
• Job running experience
• Strong knowledge of UK building regulations and planning frameworks
• Strong attention to detail
• Live within a commutable distance to the Durham area
