Key Responsibilities

• 1. Prepare detailed technical drawings, plans, and construction packages using Revit
• 2. Collaborate with in house and external architects, structural engineers, contractors, and other consultants during design development and construction phases.
• 3. Support the technical coordination between design and site teams for Design & Build projects.
• 4. Assist in planning and building control submissions, ensuring compliance with relevant UK Building Regulations and legislation.
• 5. Contribute to value engineering and the optimisation of design solutions to suit project budgets and programme.
• 6. Attend site meetings, carry out surveys, and assist with construction detailing, snagging, and issue resolution during project delivery.
• 7. Develop and maintain up-to-date project documentation, including specification writing and tender information.
• 8. Advise on sustainability, materials selection, and construction technologies.
• 9. Liaise with clients and contractors to interpret and resolve technical design queries

Required Qualifications and Skills

• 1. Degree or equivalent qualification in Architectural Technology or a related field.
• 2. Minimum 3 years of experience in architectural or construction practice, ideally in a design and build environment.
• 3. Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit, and BIM processes is a plus.
• 4. Strong understanding of UK Building Regulations, CDM Regulations, and construction standards.
• 5. Excellent technical detailing skills and ability to produce clear, accurate working drawings.
• 6. Strong organizational and communication skills.
• 7. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
• 8. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment.

Desirable Attributes

• 1. Experience in modular/offsite construction, passive house, or sustainable building practices.
• 2. Detailed knowledge of the HTMs and HBNs and experience in healthcare design
