Our client a Bespoke Architect Practice are looking for a Architectural Technologist with Autodesk Revit experience.

The role of Architectural Technologist Revit

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with at least 2 years' experience who is passionate about delivering high-quality technical design work and enjoys working collaboratively on a variety of projects.

Key Responsibilities of Architectural Technologist Revit

* Produce accurate technical drawings and construction documentation.

* Develop and coordinate BIM models using Revit.

* Work closely with architects, consultants, and contractors throughout project delivery.

* Ensure designs comply with current Building Regulations and relevant standards.

* Attend project meetings and assist with site visits as required.

* Support projects from concept through to completion.

Essential Requirements Revit

* Minimum 2 years' experience in an Architectural Technologist role.

* Proficient in Autodesk Revit with the ability to produce high-quality technical drawings.

* Good understanding of UK Building Regulations and construction methods.

* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Desirable

* Experience working on residential or mixed-use developments.

* Knowledge of additional Autodesk or Adobe software.

* CIAT membership or working towards accreditation.
