The practice's Portfolio includes various 20 + storey developments comprising 500+ homes. These are technically challenging and technically demanding projects that make this an exciting opportunity for an experienced Architectural Technologist or Architect looking to strengthen their portfolio. This is an excellent opportunity to work on substantial residential projects, helping transform designs into coordinated, buildable solutions. You will be involved in progressing schemes from RIBA Stage 2 onwards, producing detailed technical information and working closely with clients, consultants and contractors to help deliver projects through construction and handover. For someone who enjoys the technical challenges behind complex developments and wants to see their work translate into buildings on site, this role offers plenty to get stuck into. Joining a growing practice with an experienced team of Architects and Technologists, you will have the opportunity to take ownership of your work, broaden your project experience and develop your technical capabilities. Architectural Technologist Overview Work on substantial residential developments, complex refurbishments and mixed-use schemes across London and the South East Help turn ambitious designs into technically coordinated, construction-ready solutions Progress projects through key RIBA Work Stages, with a strong focus on technical design and delivery Produce detailed construction drawings, technical packages and project documentation Coordinate with clients, consultants and contractors to resolve design and technical challenges Contribute to BIM project delivery using Revit and AutoCAD Take an active role in project teams, with opportunities to increase responsibility as the practice grows Architectural Technologist Requirements Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification practice-based experience Strong technical knowledge and a good understanding of UK Building Regulations Residential project experience would be advantageous Good knowledge of Revit Experience contributing to technical design and coordinating with wider project teams Strong communication, organisation and problem-solving skills Based within a commutable distance of Worthing and happy to work in the studio five days per week Salary & Benefits Salary up to £45,000 depending on experience Bonus scheme Opportunity to contribute to substantial residential and mixed-use developments Career progression, mentorship and regular career reviews Regular CPDs and ongoing technical development Company pension Flexible working arrangements Friendly, supportive and sociable studio environment On-site parking and regular team social events Bennett and Game Recruitment are a multi-disciplined technical recruitment agency based in Chichester, West Sussex operating across the UK with specialist teams covering a range of industries.
