The role You’ll play an important role in the technical delivery of architectural projects, using Revit to produce high-quality drawings, coordinated models and detailed technical information. Your responsibilities will include: Producing detailed architectural drawings and technical packages using Autodesk Revit. Developing and coordinating accurate 3D building models. Preparing technical information across relevant RIBA work stages. Coordinating with architects, consultants, contractors and wider project teams. Ensuring designs comply with UK Building Regulations and relevant technical standards. Identifying and resolving technical issues throughout the design process. Contributing to the successful delivery of projects from design development through to construction. What they are looking for Proven experience working as an Architectural Technologist or Architectural Technician within a UK architectural practice. Strong working knowledge of Revit. Good technical detailing skills and an understanding of UK Building Regulations. Experience producing coordinated drawing packages and technical information. Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills. The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a wider team. Previous experience in retail or commercial projects would be advantageous. Experience with Enscape or Twinmotion would also be beneficial, although the key requirement is strong Revit proficiency.
