What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you'll take a leading role in the production and delivery of technical architectural information across multiple projects.
Your responsibilities will include:
·Producing and developing high-quality architectural drawings, models, and technical documentation using Revit
·Supporting the delivery of architectural work packages across medium and large multidisciplinary project teams
·Interpreting project briefs and delivering solutions that meet client, project, and regulatory requirements
·Applying BIM Level 2 principles and best-practice information management processes
·Assisting with the preparation of specifications, including work using NBS Chorus
·Supporting the delivery of projects within highly regulated sectors including Nuclear, Defence, Life Sciences, and Power
·Coordinating with architects, engineers, and project stakeholders to deliver accurate and buildable design solutions
·Maintaining exceptional standards of quality, accuracy, and technical compliance throughout project delivery
What You'll Bring

You'll ideally have:
·Experience working as an Architectural Technologist within consultancy, contractor, or multidisciplinary design environments
·Advanced proficiency in Revit
·Strong understanding and practical application of BIM Level 2 methodologies & experience preparing specifications using NBS Chorus
·Experience delivering architectural packages with minimal supervision
·Experience working on projects within highly regulated sectors such as Defence, Nuclear, Power, Life Sciences, or similar environments
