The Role:

Service exiting tennents in commercial and industrial properties across your region
Renewals
Attend exhibitions and networking events
conversion of incoming enquiries
Lap top and mobile for flexible on the road and home based working
PERM FULL TIME ROLE - Business 2 Business
Career role - Lots of stability - replacing someone who has had 6 successful years!

The Person & package:

Personality - business acumen - hard work - transparency - amazing communication - bit of sales flair - cross and up sell - face to face skills and confidence - Driving licence and own car ! Brilliant LOW PRESSURE RELATIONSHIP ROLE!
£22,000 basic plus 1k bonus (being reviewed) All expenses - 30 days holiday
