Position: Area Director - Midlands

Location: Remote - This is a field based role

This Job Involves:

You will be responsible for implementing and developing a strategic plan to develop accounts and achieve targets with our Commercial customers. You will achieve this by coaching, developing, motivating, and supporting your team of account managers. A key part of this role is to contribute to the strategic direction of the business, demonstrate leadership, and to act as a role model whilst supporting company values across your team.

What the Successful Candidate will have:

• Proven revenue and market share growth
• Strong operational management experience
• Advanced analytical and planning skills, proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Effective relationship building and influencing up to board level
• Sales process expertise
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
