We're on the hunt for an experienced Area Manager to help drive this launch and build a strong foundation for long-term success. As one of the brand's first hires in Ireland, you'll play a pivotal role in store openings, team building, training, and strategy - with full support from the head office.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Be a role model for the brand's culture and values
• Drive sales performance and implement best practices across your region
• Coach and support store teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, and development of store managers
• Work closely with leadership to ensure a smooth market launch
