What you'll do:

• Lead multiple stores to deliver operational excellence, compliance, and strong commercial results

• Develop and coach store managers and teams to reach their full potential

• Take full accountability as an Area Manager for KPIs, performance, and customer experience across your area

• Build succession plans and support business growth through people and standards

What we're looking for:

• Degree calibre - either graduate-level education or equivalent professional experience

• Experience as a Store Manager or Deputy Manager in a supermarket or discount retail setting

• Strong commercial focus, people leadership, and hands-on management style

• Ambitious, adaptable, and ready to take the next step into an Area Manager role
