Pay Range

£40,000 - £47,000 per annum + uncapped commission + team bonus

Job Description

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of specialist recruiters across multiple disciplines
• Create and deliver a clear business development strategy to grow market share
• Build and maintain senior client relationships, acting as a key escalation point
• Drive team performance against KPIs, financial targets, and business plans
• Analyse performance data to make sound commercial decisions
• Identify new business opportunities and strengthen Reed’s presence locally
• Ensure a first-class service for both clients and candidates
• Recruit, retain, and develop top talent to build a sustainable, high-performing team

• Have proven experience in recruitment leadership or managing high-performing sales teams
• Be passionate about coaching and developing others
• Take a proactive, solutions-focused approach
• Be resilient, motivated, and driven to succeed 

• 3 days in the office, 2 days from home after training
