REED is recruiting on behalf of a leading auction business for an Area Manager covering Canterbury, Thanet and the wider Kent area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven property professional to develop a growing territory, build relationships across the local property sector and generate auction instructions.

Key Responsibilities

Win new business through networking, prospecting and relationship building
Conduct property appraisals and advise clients on the auction process
Develop partnerships with estate agents, solicitors, investors and other property professionals
Manage clients throughout the auction journey
Increase market share and brand awareness across Kent
Maintain accurate CRM records and activity trackingAbout You

Background in Estate Agency, Property Sales, Property Investment, Valuations, Auctions or Business Development
Strong networking and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated, target-driven and commercially minded
Based in Kent and knowledgeable about the local property market
Confident generating new business opportunitiesPrevious auction experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

What's on Offer?

£36,000 - £42,000 basic salary
OTE £55,000 - £60,000+
Uncapped commission
Guaranteed commission for the first 3 months
£500 monthly car allowance or company car
