Job Description

What you’ll do

As an Area Manager, your primary responsibility will entail ensuring the delivery of high-quality, legally compliant care support services within our South London jurisdiction, in accordance with the business objectives of City & County Healthcare Group. Additionally, you may be required to fulfil the role of Registered Manager for specific sites as needed.

Qualifications

What you need

You will need to have up-to-date knowledge of social care regulations, strong organisational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience in staff management and financial awareness. Personal attributes such as leadership, communication, and adaptability are crucial, along with significant experience in the social care sector. If you're passionate about service excellence and possess the necessary skills and attributes, we'd love to hear from you.
