Area Operative

We’re looking for a positive, hands-on Area Operative based locally to Thurrock to join our hardworking team. If you enjoy working outdoors, being part of a close-knit crew, and taking pride in keeping things clean, safe, and running smoothly - we’d love to hear from you!

This is a full time temporary long-term role paying £13.69 per hour.

What You'll Be Doing:

General outdoor maintenance and cleaning tasks

Litter picking and supporting with minor repairs

Keeping public areas, paths, or construction sites tidy and safe

Moving equipment and helping with site set-up when needed

Working independently and as part of a team, depending on the job

What We’re Looking For:

A good work ethic and a 'can-do’ attitude

Someone happy to work outdoors in all weathers

Reliable, punctual, and able to work without constant supervision

A full driving licence is required
