Salary: Basic £35,000 | OTE £75,000 + Company Car or Car Allowance
Hours: Full-time

About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a senior property professional to take the lead as Area Partner for a highly successful estate agency network in the Northampton region. This is a high-impact, multi-branch leadership role, ideal for someone currently operating at a senior level in estate agency with strong business acumen and people leadership.
As Area Partner, you'll be responsible for driving performance, profit, market share and team development across a network of branches. This is a role that blends strategic thinking with hands-on leadership — perfect for someone passionate about delivering results, developing talent, and growing market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver sales performance and profitability across the area
• Support and coach Branch Partners and Managers to achieve business goals
• Drive new business generation and listing activity
• Oversee operational compliance, client service and internal processes
• Collaborate closely with senior leadership to execute regional growth plans
• Actively contribute to recruitment, retention, and development across the network
• Champion high-performance culture, local market reputation, and brand values

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• A proven background in estate agency leadership (multi-branch or senior branch level)
• Strong business planning, team leadership, and performance management skills
• The ability to drive and inspire teams remotely and in-branch
• A commercial mindset and a passion for growth and development
• A full UK driving licence
