Coordinate and manage schedules to optimise resource allocation and service delivery. Monitor and update planning systems to reflect current and future needs. Communicate with team members to ensure tasks are completed as planned. Address scheduling conflicts and find timely solutions. Provide regular updates and reports on planning outcomes and adjustments. Support the team in achieving operational targets efficiently. Maintain accurate records and documentation for all planning activities. Collaborate with other departments to align planning with organisational goals.Profile
A successful Area Planner should have:
Experience in planning or scheduling roles, ideally in the not-for-profit sector. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using planning and scheduling software. Excellent communication and coordination abilities. An eye for detail and a proactive approach to identifying issues.Job Offer
