Area Registered Manager - Supported Living

Position: Area Registered Manager
Location: Cheshire West & Liverpool
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 per annum + Excellent added benefits
Hours: Full-time

Career Makers are working with a well-established care provider who are looking for an experienced Area Registered Manager to oversee multiple complex services across Cheshire West & Liverpool.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced care professional with strong leadership skills to take responsibility for multiple services, supporting managers and teams to maintain high standards of care and achieve the best possible outcomes for the people they support.

Responsibilities as an Area Registered Manager:

* Take overall responsibility for the quality and performance of multiple services

* Act as the CQC-registered manager for one or more services

* Provide leadership, guidance and support to Service and Cluster Managers

* Identify opportunities for service improvement and development

* Promote a positive culture focused on continuous improvement and excellent outcomes

Requirements as an Area Registered Manager:

* NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management or working towards it

* Previous management experience within supported living, learning disabilities or complex care

* Strong understanding of CQC regulations and compliance

* Full UK Driving Licence
