We're looking for a driven and commercially savvy Area Sales Manager to join our high-performing Flooring Underlay & Accessories sales team.

About the Role:

As Area Sales Manager, you’ll take ownership of a South West territory, managing and growing both new business and existing accounts across retail and trade customers. You’ll be responsible for:

• Proactively identifying and converting new sales opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term customer relationships
• Managing your territory effectively, planning and organising your time to maximise results
• Representing the brand with professionalism and pride

What We’re Looking For:
Proven field sales experience
Solid knowledge of the flooring industry (underlay, accessories, retail or trade)
Confident communicator with a natural flair for developing relationships
Self-starter who enjoys working autonomously
Based along the M40/M5 corridor with flexibility to travel across the South West
