Location: Based in Sheffield (1/2 days a week) with national travel (3/4 days a week)
Salary: £40,000 – £50,000 + Company Car + Discretionary Bonus

Elevation Recruitment Group is proud to be partnering with a leading manufacturing and fabrication business to recruit an Area Sales Manager to join their dynamic team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and commercially minded sales professional to manage and grow a portfolio of manufacturing clients across the UK. The role involves 75% account management and 25% new business development, overseeing approximately 50 established manufacturing accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring excellent service and identifying growth opportunities
• Develop new business opportunities in the manufacturing and construction sectors
• Conduct face-to-face meetings nationwide (with occasional overnight stays)
• Work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for clients
• Represent the brand with professionalism, confidence, and a vibrant, engaging approach

About You:

• Previous experience in sales within the construction or manufacturing sectors
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand client needs
• Comfortable and confident in face-to-face client meetings
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Able to travel nationally (4 days per week) and stay overnight occasionally
