Are you a technically minded sales professional with hands-on HVAC experience? Do you thrive on seeing a project through from initial brief to final handover?

We're recruiting for an Area Sales Manager with a strong technical foundation, ideally someone who has been "on the tools" and understands HVAC systems inside and out. This isn't just a sales role, it's about taking full ownership of projects: surveying sites, specifying solutions, pricing jobs, and ensuring successful delivery.

The Role:

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities in key sectors: hospitals, hotels, data centres, and other commercial buildings.
• Deliver full cradle-to-grave project sales, from lead generation through to delivery.
• Selling products including but not limited to air conditioning units, chillers, boilers, air source heat pumps, air handling units.
• Conduct site visits, technical surveys and present tailored HVAC solutions.
• Liaise closely with contractors, consultants, and end-users to provide optimal solutions.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in a similar sales or project delivery role within the HVAC industry.
• Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems (particularly AC units, chillers, boilers, air handling units).
• Knowledge of selling into sectors like healthcare, hospitality, and critical infrastructure (e.g. data centres).
• Motivated and proactive, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid UK driving licence.
