Known for their stunning portfolio and long-standing reputation, our client works on some of the country's most iconic public realm, heritage, and high-end commercial projects.

As part of their continued growth, we're now seeking a confident, relationship-led Area Sales Manager to take ownership of key territories across the Midlands and South of England. This is a field-based, consultative sales role focused on specification sales into architects, landscape designers, public realm planners, and developers.

The Role

• Drive new business and manage existing relationships across the Midlands & South

• Engage with architects, specifiers, local authorities and high-end contractors

• Deliver tailored product solutions and support through the full project lifecycle

• Manage your own pipeline and territory with the backing of a collaborative team

• Represent a premium brand known for quality, craftsmanship, and innovation

What We're Looking For

• A proactive and resilient field salesperson with a proven track record

• Experience in selling to architects/specifiers or the wider building materials market

• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills

• Comfortable managing long sales cycles and complex stakeholder networks

• Passionate about delivering value and being a trusted advisor to your client base
