What You’ll Be Doing

As an AreaSales Manager, you’ll work closely with regional sales teams to:

• Drive Innovation: Help reclassify materials from waste to product through lab testing, compliance specs, and regulatory alignment.
• Bridge the Gap: Translate bold commercial ideas into practical, standards-compliant solutions.
• Champion New Materials: Enable the use of innovative materials in a way that’s both commercially viable and environmentally responsible.
• Grow: This is an individual contributor role to start, but with plans for team expansion, you could be leading it.

Experience & Knowledge:

• Background in compliance, laboratory work, or technical operations (preferred over traditional sales).
• Understanding of mineralogy, aggregate gradings, and material properties.
• Exposure to aggregates or construction materials is a big plus.
• Sales experience is not essential we’ll support your development if you bring the right attitude.
