An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a fast growing and innovative machinery manufacturer as an Area Sales Manager. Known for premium quality equipment and exceptional service, the business is expanding its presence across the UK.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking a driven sales professional to develop new business, manage customer relationships, and drive revenue across the West Midlands and Wales. This is a field-based role involving regular travel, hands on demonstrations, and a consultative sales approach.
The responsibilities of the Areas Sales Manager include but are not limited to:
* Identify, target and win new business opportunities within the region.
* Build, develop and maintain strong, long term customer relationships.
* Deliver engaging product demonstrations and effectively showcase equipment features and benefits.
* Manage the full sales process from prospecting through to closing deals.
* Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Skills, Experience & Key Candidate Attributes of the Area Sales Manager:
* Positive, driven and resilient approach with a strong work ethic.
* Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
* Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field-based role.
* Comfortable with regular travel and hands on product demonstrations.
