This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated sales professional based in the South of England with experience in the stove, fireplace, heating, or related industries. You will be responsible for managing existing accounts, developing new business opportunities, and supporting showroom partners to maximise sales across TEP Group product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop existing customer relationships across the South of England.
* Identify and secure new business opportunities with fireplace, stove, and heating retailers.
* Promote the full range of Clock Woodburners, HETA Stoves, and Electric Media Wall Fires.
* Deliver product training and sales support to showroom teams.
* Conduct regular customer visits and territory reviews.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and growth objectives.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer requirements.
* Attend industry exhibitions, trade events, and customer open days.
* Work collaboratively with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
Successful candidate will have:
* Proven field sales experience within the stove, fireplace, heating, or related industry.
* Strong knowledge of woodburning, multi-fuel, or electric heating products.
* A track record of developing and growing sales territories.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
* Strong commercial awareness and negotiation abilities.
* A self-motivated and organised approach to managing a regional territory.
* A full UK driving licence.
* The ability to travel extensively throughout the South of England.
