Job Title: Area Sales Manager
Salary: Up to £45,000 plus car allowance or company car
Location: M62 Corridor (Leeds / Manchester)
Role: Permanent

Are you a high performing, experienced Area Sales Manager, Regional Sales Manager or New Business Development Manager?

ABOUT YOU

Experience of New Business Sales is essential
Sales experience within the construction, environmental services, building services, waste management or aggregates industries
Exceptional verbal, active listening and written communications skills
Excellent organisational skills and adept at territory management with proven ability to organise your own schedule and prioritise effectively
Outstanding negotiation, advisory and influencing skills.
Tenacity, a positive mind-set and a can-do attitude
Meticulous with good numeracy, literacy and analytical skills
Embraces teamwork, contributing to the overall team success through delivery of personal targets & fostering effective team relationships

Area Sales Manager: Key Responsibilities:

Managing and engaging with your customers to drive sales value growth, adding & demonstrating value to our customers business
Developing & growing sales value within existing customers
Strong networking skills and able to build relationships easily at varying levels
Establish, maintain and expand the customer base by exploring different routes to market
Delivering unrivalled, consistent high levels of customer service to your customers
To maximise the profitability of customers within your region through the execution of a consultative selling process that demonstrates and adds value to your customers business
Acting as an ambassador for the brand and ensuring a feedback loop is created back into the business to help shape the future growth
