Job Description - Area Sales Manager

We are a leading E-Cigarette wholesaler. We are committed to creating an international new tobacco brand, building a global technology company with leading technology, and providing high-quality and safer traditional tobacco substitutes for smokers.
We have been developing for 16 years in the international markets within 104 countries and become Top 3 in the e-cigarette industry. There are over 10 million customers globally, and the numbers are still increasing. We stick to the orientation of high-quality products and great customer service, not just selling products. In addition, we are always trying to build deep and sustained cooperation with our customers.
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven City Sales Manager to oversee sales operations within our designated city under the guidance of the Region Manager. As the City Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team to achieve sales targets, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer service within the city territory. You will work closely with the Region Manager to align city-level sales initiatives with broader regional objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets within the designated city.
Lead, mentor, and motivate the city sales team to maximize their performance and potential.
Establish sales goals and objectives for the city team, and monitor progress towards achieving targets.
Collaborate with the Region Manager to align city sales initiatives with regional sales objectives and strategies.
Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews with the city sales team to provide feedback and guidance.
Identify opportunities for sales growth and expansion within the city territory, and develop plans to capitalize on these opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and clients within the city territory.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards for sales operations within the city.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience in sales management, with a minimum of three years of wholesale account management.
Strong leadership and motivational skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team towards achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset.
Knowledge of sales techniques, strategies, and best practices.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the cities territory as required.
