Area to be covered: North & Scotland

Remuneration: £52,000 - £57,500 + 20% bonus

Benefits: £580 car allowance + 25 days holiday, 2x employees contribution up to a max of 10%, home working allowance £47 per month, gym membership allowance £30

The role of the Area Sales Manager - Actuators & Controls Valves will involve:

• Area Sales Manager position selling a high quality manufactured range of actuators, control valves, sensors and metres
• For the heating, ventilation and air conditioning sector (HVAC)
• All of your time will be spent selling to distributors, contractors, system integrators and OEMS such as: UK Electrics, RS Components, BSS, Wolseley, Daikin, Airedale etc
• Inheriting a well-established area currently turnover circa £4.9m
• 60% account management / 40% new business

The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager - Actuators & Controls Valves with:

• Must have n sales experience in the HVAC market sector
• Must have sold to distributors, contractors, system integrators and OEMS such as: UK Electrics, RS Components, BSS, Wolseley, Daikin, Airedale etc
• Must have strong technical knowledge and capabilities
• Genuine hunger and desire to achieve
• A team player who is highly organised
