Area to be covered: South (ideally South East, Kent, Sussex, Surrey)

Remuneration: £36,000 + £5,000 bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager - Building Materials will involve:

• Field sales position selling a range of roofing & building materials products such as: roof tiles, insulation, solar panels & facades
• 50% of your time will be spent selling to national & independent merchants such as SIG, Skyline etc
• The remaining 50% will be spent selling to architects, developers and roofing contractor
• All of you time will be spent account managing
• Turnover target is to be determined however long term would want you adding £1m

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager - Building Materials with:

• Ideally a roofing tradesman / roofer looking to come off the tools
• Would consider an internal sales or trade counter background from a merchant or distribution
• Entry level so would suit someone at the beginning of their career
• Driven, hungry and can both work autonomously and as part of a team
